TechProtectus One (1) Year Limited Warranty

TechProtectus products warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If Techprotectus determines that the product is defective, we will repair, replace or substitute the product without additional product cost to the purchaser. TechProtectus reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product with the same or a similar product. Repair or replacement product delivery times may vary depending on availability. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs of the repaired or replaced product. The TechProtectus products Warranty covers only the cases/ bags and does not cover the device inside.

Except for the express warranty stated above, TechProtectus makes no other warranties with respect to the product, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The bag or case you purchased is only part of keeping your digital device safe from damage. It's not a substitute for improper care, abuse, or accidents related to your TechProtectus Limitations product. Your TechProtectus product may mitigate damage to your device and its data if dropped but it will not prevent damage in all situations. Please ensure that you take all necessary steps to prevent loss of data and/or damage by proper care of your bag or case. We highly recommend a regular backup of your data.
